Privacy Policy

Joo Dev ("Joo Dev", "we", "us") provides Discord automation bots and a management dashboard. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website (joo.server.evorxa.net) and bots, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Account data: email address, password (stored only as a salted hash), and your role.
• Discord data: your Discord user ID and, if you connect Discord, basic linked-account identifiers — used to deliver bots and send subscription notifications.
• Subscription data: license keys, the bots assigned to you, their configuration, expiry dates, and renewal status.
• Technical data: registration IP address and a device identifier, used for security and abuse prevention.
• Activity logs: authentication events and administrative actions, retained for security and support.

We do not collect payment card details on this site; subscription payments are arranged separately through our support channels.

• To create and operate your account and provision your bots.
• To process subscriptions, renewals, and expiry reminders (delivered via Discord DM).
• To secure the service, detect abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service:

• Discord — to operate the bots and deliver messages, subject to Discord's own privacy policy.
• Supabase — managed PostgreSQL database hosting for your account and configuration data.
• Telegram — used by some bots to deliver operational notifications to the server owner.

We do not sell your personal data.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. License keys, bots, and configuration are retained while your subscription exists. When an account is deleted, its personal data (account, sessions, linked accounts, bots, and feedback) is removed; anonymized logs may be retained for security and accounting.

Passwords are stored as salted hashes and bot tokens are encrypted at rest. Access to the management dashboard is authenticated, and administrative actions are logged. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can delete your account at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us through our Discord support server.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
