Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Joo Dev's website, bots, and dashboard (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials and license keys confidential. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to manage the Discord server(s) where our bots are deployed.

• Bots are licensed on a subscription basis (e.g. monthly or yearly) or as a lifetime license, per the plan you select.
• Each license key entitles you to the specific bot/service it was issued for.
• Subscriptions expire on their due date. A short grace period may apply, after which the bot is suspended until renewed.
• Payments and renewals are arranged through our official support channels. Prices may change for future billing periods.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of Discord's Terms of Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or share your license keys or bot access without authorization.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.
• Abuse, spam, or harass others through bots operated via the Service.

Because licenses grant immediate access to digital services, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion. If a service is materially defective and we cannot resolve it, contact support to discuss a remedy.

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or abuse. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Expired or revoked licenses result in the associated bot being stopped.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on third parties (including Discord and our hosting providers) and may be affected by maintenance, outages, or factors beyond our control.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joo Dev is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses exceeding the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding three months.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
